Thanksgiving!

We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving feast last Friday! We wore our awesome turkey hats and enjoyed some super fun turkey races in the afternoon. I hope each of you had a wonderful week off with friends and family. We have SO much to be thankful for!

Scientist of the Week update...

We have had two fabulous Scientist of the Week since I last posted. Here are some picture from Lauren and Anthony's awesome presentations! Keep up the good work!

50s Day!!

This week, we celebrated our 50th day of school with a 50s Sock Hop! These pictures speak for themselves! We had an amazing time! Throughout the day we: discussed some difference between the 1950s and today, learned how to make a root beer float, practiced some bubble gum blowing, wrote numbers to 50, measured using tootsie rolls, skip counted to 50, made a graph 50s style, and danced to a few 50s songs! The kiddos had an opportunity to order themselves a root beer float and take a morning drive in our 50s style car!
