America!!

We have completed a fun study of some important American Symbols, including the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Bald Eagle, American Flag, Statue of Liberty, and the Liberty Bell. We completed a few directed drawings, projects, and writing activities as part of our unit. 

In learning about the Statue of Liberty, we took a survey asking if we thought our class, when standing shoulder to shoulder, was longer, shorter, or the same length, as the actual size of the Statue of Liberty's foot (25 feet). Here were our results!
